Capitol Hill and Campaigns
Ralph derives his advice from serving on the Capitol Hill legislative staff of a U.S Congressman and from serving in field director, labor coordinator, fundraising, issues director, and advisor positions with U.S. Senate and state and local campaigns.
Advocacy and Debate
Ralph's advocacy knowledge comes from 15 years as a trial attorney and 8 years as a law firm partner. He served as a senior advisor for the Ted Strickland for Ohio Governor campaign, on his debate preparation team, and as litigation counsel for the Ohio Democratic Party.
Government and Nonprofit
Ralph led teams improving systems in multiple states for connecting marginalized populations with resources, including as Director of The Ohio Benefit Bank in the Ohio Governor's Office and as a Senior Fellow and Senior Program Director at a national nonprofit organization.
